How does payment work?+
50% deposit at booking locks the reservation. Balance is due 14 days before arrival. We process payments through Stripe. International Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted. Cards are charged in your local currency at standard Visa exchange rates.
What is the cancellation policy?+
100% refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund between 14 and 29 days. Inside 14 days, no refund. Force majeure events, including match cancellation, venue change, or travel restrictions, are always fully refunded regardless of timing.
How many guests can the house hold?+
The house is configured for 8 to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. Additional guests beyond 10 are not permitted. For larger group requirements, our Corporate tier can coordinate complementary properties through partner operators.
Is the property secure?+
Smart lock entry with rotating codes, off-street parking, and a quiet residential location chosen for low foot traffic and predictable evenings. Private security detail is available on Platinum tier and above, or as an add-on for any tier on request.
Do you provide match tickets?+
We do not resell tickets. Our concierge coordinates with FIFA-authorized resellers and your hospitality provider so the ticket lands in the right hand at the right gate. We arrange the stadium-side rendezvous, the transport, and the post-match return.
What does match-day transport look like?+
Platinum and Ultimate tier reservations include private chauffeur service to and from every Atlanta match. Other tiers include the vehicle but not the driver. Match-day chauffeur is available as a $350 add-on on Bronze, Silver, and Gold reservations.
What languages does the concierge speak?+
English and Spanish are live on WhatsApp 24/7. Portuguese, French, and Arabic respond within one hour. Czech, Haitian Creole, Russian, and others are handled through trusted translator partners with a short delay.
Are parties or events allowed?+
Reasonable group gatherings are welcome. Amplified outdoor sound is prohibited after 10 PM. No additional overnight guests beyond the reserved group. Corporate tier reservations include event-friendly arrangements; for any large gathering, please confirm scope with the concierge before booking.
What about smoking or vaping?+
Outdoor only. Indoor smoking or vaping triggers a $500 cleaning fee. Please respect the property for the next guest.
Can we bring a private chef?+
Yes. Platinum and Ultimate tiers include in-residence private chef service. Other tiers can add a chef from $850 per service. We work with chefs experienced in halal, kosher, vegan, and other dietary specializations.
Who can drive the vehicle?+
One primary driver listed on the booking, age 25 or older, valid license required. International licenses are accepted with passport. Additional drivers are $25 each, same requirements. Full insurance is always included in the reservation.
Can I extend my stay?+
Yes, subject to availability. Extra nights are $450 each. Tell us at booking and we lock the extended window.
Are you a travel agent? Do you pay commission?+
We work with vetted travel agents on a 10% commission, paid 7 days after group arrival. Email

Is the house close to Mercedes-Benz Stadium?+
Four miles. About 12 minutes by car on a typical match-day, slightly longer if you elect MARTA. We pre-plan match-day departure timing with each booking.
What if my team doesn't make the knockout round in Atlanta?+
Your reservation stands regardless of team performance. Atlanta hosts 3 knockout matches and a semifinal; if you booked Gold, Platinum, or Ultimate, you'll witness top-tier knockout football no matter which teams advance. We do not pro-rate or refund based on team performance.
